Jill Payne is a high-impact performance coach, celebrity trainer, and an award-winning author. She created Energy Management, a powerful framework for building emotional capacity, equipping leaders and their teams to thrive under pressure. As a keynote speaker, her immediately usable tools have been sought after by some of the world’s most demanding organizations, including Google, NASA, McDonald’s, and Sony. For corporate leaders and event planners who need tangible results, Jill Payne provides a clear, science-backed path to improved performance and well-being.

Her approach is built on a unique foundation of experience. As a former national-level athlete, Jill Payne pursued a deep understanding of human performance. Subsequently, she earned degrees in Human Kinetics and Education and holds a Master’s in Workplace Wellness and Exercise Science. Her path, however, took a unique turn when she moved to Costa Rica. While there, she directed a nonprofit school and became a celebrity trainer. This work consequently led to corporate speaking opportunities where she began translating elite training principles into transformative tools for resilience, focus, and leadership.

From that foundation, Jill developed her signature Energy Management framework. This method provides science-informed, practical strategies to help support self-awareness, self-regulation, and emotional intelligence, especially in high-performance environments. Recognizing the universal need for these skills, she expanded her career in New York City, where she launched a world-class coaching program and now certifies other professionals in her impactful method. Her book, Be a Dime: Unleash Your Inherent Energy and Live Life More Joyfully, further solidifies her authority, winning Gold at the Foreword INDIES Book Awards.

Today, Jill Payne partners with executive teams, educators, and high-performing individuals. As a Mental Conditioning and Culture Coach for the Canadian Women's Olympic 7's team, Jill is elevating team cohesiveness by delivering her unique approach to mental health tools as part of their mental performance program for a culture of winning in a supportive and collaborative environment. With a Masters in Employee Engagement & Workplace Performance, she has continued to enrich and customize programs for companies internationally that want to motivate all levels of employees and management to be their best selves and subsequently improve productivity and morale.

All of her clients share a common need: to lead with clarity and stay well while doing it. Whether in a boardroom or on a conference stage, Jill’s mission is the same. Ultimately, she helps people manage their energy so they can show up as their best selves. Her work is rooted in science, yet she delivers it with warmth, humor, and candor. This unique combination makes her sessions both incredibly insightful and unforgettably engaging.
